RequirtIQ was built to solve a familiar recruitment bottleneck: going through CVs one
by one. Instead, HR teams can scan large batches of resumes/CVs together —
in roughly 5–10 seconds — and quickly identify or locate the
shortlisted, best-matched candidates for a role.
The benefit is straightforward: hours of manual screening collapse into seconds, so
recruiters spend their time on candidates rather than on reading.
What it does
Accepts batches of resumes/CVs as input.
Processes the batch together in roughly 5–10 seconds.
Surfaces shortlisted / best-matched candidates for quick identification.
Deliberately not claimed here: specific resume counts, matching accuracy figures,
the underlying matching approach, integrations, or hiring outcomes. RequirtIQ is a
screening-assistant tool — the final recruitment decision stays with the HR team.
My role
Built by me as one of my development projects — an example of the web/application
development work described on the Web & App Development page,
with security handled the same way I test for it.
